At St David’s Hospice, our aim is to work in partnership with the patient to ensure a good quality of life, and eventually a good death.
We strive to look after the patient emotionally, physically, spiritually and socially whilst also supporting the family both before and after death.
St David’s benefits from having a qualified and skilled Nurse and Doctor team who have vast experience in end of life care. The Hospice believes in working in a multi-professional way and has Complementary therapists, Diversional therapist, Physiotherapy and visits from the Chaplaincy and Pharmacist.
About us St David’s Hospice offers its services free of charge to the people of Conwy, Anglesey and Gwynedd and with the continued dedication, enthusiasm, generosity and support of these communities, St David's will continue to make a signification contribution to the North Wales Hospice / Palliative Care service.
What St David’s do At St David’s Hospice we care for adults living with cancer and terminal illness and cater for the individual’s special needs, be they physical, emotional or spiritual. Symptom control and pain relief constitute an important part of the therapy that the Hospice has to offer. Patients and their families are cared for by a team of highly trained nurses, medical staff and other healthcare professionals.
