At Christmas many people choose to spend time with family and friends, this can be difficult if the people who you want to share this time of year with, are no longer here. This is why we would like to invite you to join our Light up a Life to celebrate the lives of loved ones. Your special person doesn’t have to been cared for by the Hospice of the Good Shepherd for you to make a donation in their memory.
You can join us at a spectacular and moving service to remember and celebrate the lives of your loved ones. The beautiful service, will take place on the banks of the River Dee, with music from Kelsborrow Choir and a performance from the Ellesmere Port Concert Brass. You will have the opportunity to join in carols and have a candlelit lily floated on the river in memory of your loved one. Mulled wine, mince pies and hot chocolate will be available.
The Light up a Life River Dee is a beautiful remembrance service held on Sunday 27th November by the Groves, Chester at 4.30pm.
